PHC has established pharmacy partners, two in Park City and one in Heber City, who generously offer discounted prices to our patients on medications in the prescription formulary program developed by the PHC Medical Committee. The pharmacies have agreed to:

• provide these medications for only a $10 copayment from the patient, billing the remaining costs to PHC
• match the $4 pricing on monthly prescriptions that are on the current Wal-Mart generic formulary list.

These programs allow our patients to purchase their medications at significant savings.
